It’s always a pleasure being able to host company and welcoming them to your home for the holidays with your landscape in pristine order!

The holiday season always presents much difficulty when it comes to scheduling, especially when customers request visits and due to scheduling issues we aren’t able to make it in time. This year we want to change that and make things more accommodating for our customers. We want to make sure that we are always able to provide them with the service that they always need. With proper scheduling we can easily implement these visits into our daily schedule.

We will be entering the holiday season this month with Thanksgiving, followed by Christmas and New Years. For November we will be observing Thursday the 26th and Friday the 27th. For December we will be observing a half day on Christmas Eve, Thursday the 24th and Friday the 25th for Christmas day. Call today and schedule for your “Super Holiday Visit.” We ask that we do receive a couple weeks notice in order to properly and effectively schedule your property for the visit.

Visits can vary in degree from just a simple blowing of the porches and driveway up to a full service visit. A full service visit will be the cost of your “per visit” rate during the year. A lower scale visit will would be half of your “per visit” rate.

We wish everybody a happy holiday season as we look forward to providing you with the service you expect all year long. Keep an eye out for next months “Martin Landscape Messenger” as we will be doing a special Christmas promotion as well!

How would you like the option of never worrying about adjusting your irrigation controller again? The Hunter Solar Sync provides you that freedom! Allowing this new module to simply adjust accordingly on its own. The Solar Sync is compatible with all Hunter Pro-C and ICC Controllers. The Solar Sync is designed to read the weather patterns, whether it be rain or temperature. If rain is in the forecast the Solar Sync will scale back on run times while becoming compatible as well with your rain sensor. It will also be able to read the heat and increase the watering schedule to compete with the strains of the demanding summer heat. When the warm weather scales back and we enter the winter season the clock will adjust accordingly as well. Call the office today for details! This affordable upgrade can easily be installed and make your confusing clock be an issue that you never have to scratch your head over again! Click below to watch this short informational video on the functionality of the new Hunter Solar Sync.

Start a new trend in the lowcountry and have the newer brand of Zoysia turf installed, Zeon Zoysia. This particular brand of Zoysia turf like the other brands is a very hearty and lush brand of turf. This turf is capable of growing in both shady areas and areas that are abundant with sun light. During its growing season it provides a hearty green tint with a healthy, sturdyappearance. Because of Zeon Zoysia’s deep root system it makes the turf very durable and more likely to fight off weed development from below the surface. A consistent regiment of watering as well as maintenance will allow this turf to thrive in the lowcountry. Zoysia turf can produce both a thick blade as well as a thin blade appearance, Zeon is a thin, finer blade turf…similar to Empire Zoysia. Zeon Zoysia is slowly beginning to evolve from its more common home of golf courses and making its way into more residential homes. You will be seeing this more as this turf is considered easily maintainable and less temperamental as some other commonly used brands of turf grass in the low country. This is a newly introduced turf to this region and currently exists in a hand full of areas in Beaufort County. Call today for a free estimate and evaluation of your turf and start the process of making your neighbors quite envious of your yard! Click the link below and watch the video on the highly sought after turf grass.
